The apartment with mountain view balcony located in New Gudauri, at the elevation of two thousand two hundred meters, and is in one of the most beautiful and developed part of the recreational area, just few steps (about 100 meters) from the main Gondola/Ski lift and all the main amenities such as swimming pools, fitness, spa, shops, casino, restaurants, cafes, bars, ATM, ski rental areas.
If booking during off-season, the situation is different, please contact me for details.
The apartment is with own free Ski Depot storage. In the room you will enjoy free WiFi, Smart and cable TV, Netflix, king-sized bed which can be separated, two additional bed, baby cot, cozy chairs and sofa, bar, full kitchen with all the cooking essentials, Iron and hairdryer, fridge, microwave, washing machine, safe box, central heating and all the advantages of the apart hotels. Good quality blackout curtains blocking lights inside, with room-darkening features will give you a good sleep.
The apartment in every details cleaned carefully, in a high quality way and with a great care after each guest leaves.
