Perfect for groups of friends, families (with kids), and couples, it offers a peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood, near ice rink. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, with a range of amenities including a 4K TV, hairdryer, iron, clothes dryer, coffee machine, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster and all necessary tableware. The interior blends modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day on the slopes. The layout includes a corridor with a spacious wardrobe (perfect for storing equipment and helmets), a bright kitchen-living room with a dining area, and two separate bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe and a small seating area. The bedroom with a double bed also has a work desk and offers stunning mountain views. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, espresso machine, and a large fridge freezer. The building is situated away from noisy bars, offering a peaceful stay. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the main lift and about 4 minutes to the store. The ski rink is right in front of the building. In fact, everything in New Gudauri is within walking distance.
