ATRIUM is the all new aparthotel in the prestigious “New Gudauri” complex The complex offers a well-developed infrastructure,restaurants and bars, ski rentals, grocery stores, spa center, gym and swimming pool, snow-tubing, children playground as well as open-sky café-restaurants, pool and casino. ATRIUM is a premium class hotel, with concierge service 24/7 and elevator. Top location of the building provides ski-in ski-out luxury – using ski depot ATRIUM guests have an instant access to the main ski slope and Gondola lift(20meters away). Apartment 228 is located on the second floor. It provides a perfect view of the central square of New Gudauri complex as well as mountains. You can enjoy watching people ski/snowboard down the slopes or enjoy the mesmerizing view of the snowy mountains. This apartment has an individual ski-depot right in the entrance of the building. It is equipped with all necessary furniture, electronics, dishes and silverware as well as free wifi. Wooden decorated walls and soft floor provides an exceptionally cozy atmosphere. All paints used in the room are ecologically clean. The owner will be excited to answer your questions
