Our apartment is located in New Gudauri (the most beautiful and developed part of the recreational area) in just few steps (about 100 meters) from the main Gondola Ski lift. There are all the main amenities such as swimming pools, fitness, spa, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, ATM, ski rental areas. Charm of the apartment is ski in ski out. Ski-depo is available on the ground floor (free). Our modern, loft style studio apartment is located on 4th floor of the Loft 2 building (RED-Co complex). Apartment is very cozy place for little families or just friends. You'll find here a kitchenette with all an entities (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, kettle, kitchenware) a seating area with coach (coach bed), a flat-screen TV with cable canals, Free WiFi, a desk and private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Apartment has a balcony with mountain view. The balcony is sunny all day long. If you prefer a quiet rest after a tiring day, our apartment is located on the quiet site.
We will be happy to offer help and guidance throughout your stay. Always available anytime with great pleasure ! 24/7 front desk (reception) is also at your service for any question.
