Welcome to Siqvaruli Apartments! Our apartments overlook the landmark of Tbilisi - David Agmashenebeli Avenue in its pedestrian part. There are many restaurants of Georgian, European, Turkish and Asian cuisine here. At 100m there is a wine gallery with a huge selection of local wines for every taste and budget. The embankment of the Kura River is 100m from the apartments, 300m is the Marjanishvili metro station, 500 meters to the Orbeliani Palace, where the President of Georgia now lives, on the way there you will pass through the bridge over the Kura River and through the open-air art gallery.

This is our family business, we treat each guest with true Georgian hospitality. Siqvaruli Georgian is love. Stay in our apartments and you will fall in love with Georgia and Tbilisi.

We are located in the very center of Tbilisi. Such sights as Narikala Fortress, Freedom Square, Presidential Palace, Europe Square, Peace Bridge, Tiflis Baths, Tsminda Sameba Temple and Metekhi Temple and many others are within walking distance.
