Accommodation is located in new Gudauri, 2 minutes’ walk from ski lift. Room has two balconies with mountain views, ski-to-door access.
The classic-style room features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and wardrobe. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Electric kettle, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, cleaning products are also available.
WiFi is available in all areas and it is free of change. You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property.
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Ski storage is included.
Guests can cook in a fully equipped kitchen, and various dining options are located within 12 minutes’ walk.

It has been my long time dream to own an apartment in Gudauri and here it is. My very first Apartment in New Gudauri! I put a lot of effort to renovate it and create a unique atmosphere inside. I hope you will enjoy and feel comfortable in my Apartment and hopefully you will take care of it as your own home.
First guests will be welcomed in January 2019. Built and renovated in December 2018.
