You can observe landing planes straight from the balcony and spend cosy and wonderful evenings with the nurturing sounds of the sea waves and wake up listening to birds chirping and the sea breeze. Your summer will be unforgettable with our additional amenities available at the hotel itself (cafes, restaurants, spas and massage centres, a swimming pool and a rooftop bar, fitness, beauty salons, pharmacies, and supermarkets... everything just a step away from your place). The hotel opened in April 2025, and it is located in the New Boulevard of Batumi. There is a huge shopping centre called Metrocity just 500 meters away, even within walking distance from the apartment, and the city centre is just a 5-minute drive along the coastline.
