Our Villas are built with a delicate approach to reach maximum satisfaction of our customers. Our major goal is to provide not just an accommodation but also environmental health and beauty. We have a close territory of around 1800 square meters with newly built four villas, children playground and summer house with external fireplace for barbecuing and hanging around together. Расположение: До горнолыжного подъемника «Дидвели» - 8 мин. транспортом До горнолыжного подъемника «Кохта» - 5 мин. транспортом До горнолыжного подъемника «Митарби» - 10 мин. транспортом До горнолыжного подъемника «Двадцатипятиметровка» - 3 мин. транспортом До детского парка - 15 мин. пешком До ботанического сада – 3 мин. пешком До центра поселка – 10 мин. пешком До продовольственного магазина – 8 мин. пешком До железнодорожной станции – 10 мин. пешком До аптеки- 10

Neighbourhood information

We have a big place around 1800 sq meter in total. We have only four (4) villas built in this area and in the middle we have a children playground and special barbecuing place with external fireplace outside table and chairs where everyone can stay and have a breath of fresh air make a fire and same time watch children playing around. just a green grass at the backyard where kids can play football volleyball etc. Also there is a central park for children with various playgrounds in about 15 minutes walking from the place, also there is a botanic garden of Bakuriani in about 300 meters (7 min walking).
