The house has a total of three floors and 280 square meters. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. There are two large balconies, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a bathroom on the first floor. There is a garage, a bedroom and a bathroom in the semi-basement. The house is pretty spacious. Comfortable bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, clean and tidy living room which can let you enjoy the feeling of "Home" while on vacation. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes and you can walk to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within 5-10 minutes.
The landlord is a mother of a boy who loves running and cooking.If a guest has a question, she will answer them quickly.
The Aegean Sea Home is in New Maklis. It is 350m away from the town square and 500m away from the town Hall. There are four medium-sized supermarkets, many different kinds of stores, coffee shop, restaurants, clinics, a police station, a post office and a hospital. There are fresh sea fish for sale at the fishing marina. There are also fresh vegetables and fruits for sale at the market every Thursday. The house is 260m away from the sea, 500m away from Karla Beach，1.5 km away from Mprexiza Beach and 2km away from the Zoumperi Beach (they are all Blue Flag Beach!). The house is 17 km away from the Athens International Airport, 10 km away from the port of Lafina, 38 km away from the center of Athens, and 350m away from the taxi stand.
