Perfectly located in the picturesque village of Vourvoulos, Sando Villas provide you with a truly authentic Santorinian experience. Offering panoramic views of a traditional Greek village, the island’s rolling green hills, and the much-loved Aegean Sea, this is a perfect location for a relaxing getaway, a working holiday or a couples retreat. Located high up in the Santorinian hills, the properties not only invite you in with its traditional ‘canaves’ style architecture, but offer a spacious, sunlit private terrace fitted with a jacuzzi, sun beds, and an outside dining space. The interior of the villas offers you a bright, airy space with a large living room, a fully fitted kitchen with utensils, a lounging/dining area, and a bright, high-ceiling bedroom with a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes. Fresh linen including bed sheets, towels, and bathrobes are also provided. Car rental services, personalised packages, bookings & reservations available upon request.
Vourvoulos is full of quaint, traditional Cycladic ‘cave houses’ and is a great place to begin your exploration of the island. Its charming yet antiquated design invites you to take in the energy of an older, more simple time in Greece’s history. The centre of the village has two minimarkets, as well as the noted taverna ‘Rosa’s’ - a favourite amongst the Santorini locals. The village provides a peaceful, timely atmosphere yet its location is very convenient for moving around the island. Fira is only a short trip away (3.2km), and the airport (7km) and ferry port (10km) are easily accessible by car, bus or taxi. Other hot spots such as the Black Beach (10km) and Oia (11km) are all within reach either by bus or car. The village also sits just below Imerovigli (1.5km), where you’ll have access to some of Santorini’s most famous views, including the caldera and Skaros rock.
