A brand new luxury residence located in a quiet but central location of Zante town, next to the main square and the marina (just 5 mins on foot). All the best bars and restaurants of Zante town are within walking distance (1-10 mins away on foot). The residence is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious open plan living room, kitchen & dining area. Both bedrooms have a super comfortable queen size bed, smart TV and all amenities you might need. Two extra guests can also be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room. You will also have your own private yard, fully furnished and with your bbq and hot tub.
