Lying on a private beach, a 30-minute drive away from the village of Monemvasia, Alas Resort & Spa offers 5-star accommodation with views over the Laconic Gulf. It includes a large pool, a wellness centre and a seaside Mediterranean restaurant. Alas rooms are elegantly decorated in earthy colours opening out to private balconies. They come with a flat-screen, satellite TV and minibar. In the bathrooms, you will find slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Decorated in harmony with the natural surroundings, Elia Restaurant prepares dishes with local products which guests can enjoy while overlooking the sea. A snack bar is also available by the pool. Guests can spend relaxing moments at the hotel’s spa facilities, which include a hammam, a sauna and a hot tub at an extra cost. A fitness centre is also available for the more active guests. Within a 40-minute drive, guests can visit the scenic village of Githeio, while Dirou Caves are a 90-minute drive away. The town of Sparti can be reached within a 55-minute drive.
