Amazing new fully furnished first floor apartment with private bath,kitchen two rooms and two balcony,free parking on the road outside central building.Sleeps 4 comfortably,30m from the beach.we offer free wifi and a/c.Just 2 blocks from city center(3 minute walk)and on the other hand, it is in a very quiet part of the city. Apartment was renovated in 2017 and it is all new!also evevator in the central building.Mikoniati 5 is the apt address.We provide sheets and towels and will change them once/ week or upon needed.we offer free wifi and a/c.also we have baby bed for our small friends...Nea kallikratia offers taverns, sea-food restaurants, supermarkets, banks and various shopping stores...Nea Kallikratia, the first beach town on the first leg of Chalkidiki, is only 25 minutes away from Thessaloniki and 20 minutes from makedonia airport. The 2 out of the 3 legs in Chalkidiki , is Sithonia and takes a full day to visit each leg. On the 3rd leg is the famous Agios Oros which is a little further out to visit.I'll be very happy to answer your questions and concerns. In English or Greek language
