Combining simplicity with luxury, “Amoutsa” seaside villa promises vacation to remember, 10 steps from the sea. The villa features a spacious two storey area with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big living room and an open plan kitchen. There is a 100m2 outdoor area with a spacious terrace, BBQ, and private grass area. Picturesque Kolymbari, on the foot of Rodopou Peninsula, is 23km from the city of Chania and has easy access to the natural monuments of Elafonissi beach and Balos Lagoon.

Ideally located on the beach of Kolymbari, “Amoutsa” seaside villa offers relaxing vacation 10 steps from the ocean and far away from the crowds, while the cosmopolitan city of Chania is only 23km and has easy access to the natural monuments of Elafonissi beach and Balos Lagoon. The exotiv beach and the ancient city of Falassarna are in a 40' drive. From Kolymbari port you can take a private cruise to Menies beach ancient Diktynna and Rodopou Peninsula. Visit the 14th century Gonia Monastery with the important museum. In the village you can find a vast variety of services, supermarkets, cash dispensers, cafes, petrol stations, hair dressing and nail salons, car rental, bakery, grocery, post office, small shops and more. Some meters from “Amoutsa” seaside villa, at the fish restaurants on the beach you can taste daily fresh fish and seafood. The bus stop to Platanias -Chania and Kissamos, omis 400m away from Amoutsa Villa and the ticket costs 3,60 euros.
