Property information
Elissavet is a luxurious villa of 120 sqm, in the middle of an overgrown property of 50,000 sqm with vineyards, olive trees, many fruit trees and flowers. The distance from the road ensures absolute peace, tranquility and privacy.
The architecture of the villa is fully in line with the traditional, manor houses of noblemen of the past centuries, enriched with all the modern comforts.
This villa is spread in two levels, consisting in total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity up to 8 guests, offers a great variety of facilities and plenty of entertainment choices.
Thanks to a 4m span glass door and other wide openings, you can feel the vineyard and pool presence every moment. The veranda is covered, has a dining table and a fantastic view over the pool, the play ground under the olive trees and the vineyard.
The villa has its own independent 72sqm swimming pool with separate open-air hydro-massage. Next to the pool there is a roofed BBQ, with dining tables for 8 persons. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 130sqm.
The villa, in combination with the other three Aneli Villas, capable to host 52 guests in total, are ideal for weddings/social and corporate events
Neighbourhood information
The tennis court with lighting, thus permitting playing at night, awaits you to enjoy endless hours of carefree play. Tennis equipment is provided (extra charge).
Children can play on the lawn among the olives, try fruit from our hedges and explore our vegetable garden with our organic vegetables.
A bicycle and jogging path 800m long leads you through the whole vineyard. Free bicycles are provided.
Binoculars and telescope are provided on request.

The estate is situated at a 10-20 minutes distance by car from some of the most popular beaches of the island.
A few minutes by bike you can find Greek tavern, super market, Water Park Village, gas station, souvlaki grill, fresh fish and meat market, pastry and homemade ice cream shop.
At a smaller than 10km distance from the villa, the island has to offer a variety of fantastic, recreational activities, such us water sports, boat trips to neighboring small islands, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain bike, hiking, music concerts and open-air theater shows.
