The lower floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a spacious breakfast table, a laundry room, a welcoming living room with a fireplace and a flat screen TV, a dining room with a large table, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Ascending to the upper level, you'll find three additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi tub. One of the bedrooms features a flat screen TV and opens up to a furnished terrace offering stunning garden, mountain, and sea views. The second bedroom has its own private veranda with a similar picturesque vista. Outside, a private driveway leads to a car garage and a traditional outdoor barbecue area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.
