Property information

Antonia is a large, spectacular two-level villa with four bedrooms, that can comfortably accommodate 8 guests – which makes it ideal for families and large groups of friends! Entering the villa from its entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a large 3.30 x 2.40 sofa bed – which can accommodate an additional guest upon request. Moreover, a tenth guest can be accommodated with the addition of a foldable bed (upon request). The first floor features three bedrooms, two of which feature a double bed and one that features a king-size bed! There is also a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, as well as a mini fridge and coffee equipment. The outdoor area has the swimming pool that measures 72 sq.m., features a Jacuzzi function, and is surrounded by 6 sunbeds and 2 canopy beds. The outdoors features an outdoor bathroom, a built BBQ with a refrigerator and a sink, as well as a a shaded area to enjoy your meals! *The swimming pool is not heated and depending on the weather conditions may not be usable in April & November.

Antonia Villa is situated in Agios Kirikos, a traditional, quiet village, in the centre of Zakynthos island. From this ideal position, you can explore the entirety of Zakynthos Island! The island’s capital is just 10km away, as is Tsilivi, a world-famous tourist resort brimming with life, both day and night. We suggest the rental of a car, so that you can see and enjoy many of the island’s beautiful locations!
