Fully renovated apartment (july 2023), built in 2008. Really roomy and comfortable, all sleeping rooms are equiped with Air conditioners, all rooms got balconies. Safety door, Fast wifi (100mbps), 2 bathrooms and a Fireplacec all you need for a perfect time in Volos all year round. The neighborhood is quiet and remove from central roads which produce noise, there a park with basketball court just across the street, a football field and running track next to it, a Lidl supermarket and a cinema(just across the street). The parking is easy and safe. Also in 600m you can reach the Volos Seaside which leads to the center by enjoying your time walking next to the sea.
