This unique little two-level waterfront property is a freshly renovated old "syrma" located on the island of Milos. Nestled among 25 other syrmas in the most picturesque and famous Firopotamos bay. In the olden days it served as a boat garage (syrma in Greek) for the fishermen from the hilltop village of Plakes. In the modern days most syrmas were converted into summer homes with little room built right over the garage. Aquanis Anchored is unique in a way that two syrmas were combined for the most comfortable syrma in Firopotamos. Ground level garages were converted to a relaxation den with a direct sea access and storage for water sports equipment. Upstairs is a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower stall and a bedroom with Queen bed. Both, living room and bedroom offer shaded verandas with direct sea views. Interiors are white and blue in a traditional Greek esthetic in all soothing monochromatic tones, and kitchenette is hand-moulded.
We enjoy meeting people of all walks of life and consider the world our home! Sea is our love and we are looking forward to share our little paradise with anyone interested in diving off into a dream.
Firopotamos is best accessed by a small car. The road leading to the beach bay is narrow and downhill. In the height of the season parking could be scarce, yet another reason for a small vehicle. Firopotamos boasts a beautiful small sandy beach and a church Agios Nikolaos. Otherwise the closest restaurant or cafe is, a 5 min drive, in Plakes, Plaka or Triovasalos. Most restaurants also deliver to Firopotamos.
