The property structure ,with main house of 2 bedrooms and 2 wc , as well the independent studio , with 1 bedroom and 1 wc , and the small kitchen , is what everyone guest is admire. I will provide directions that explains where the keys will be & how to get to the house, as well as useful informations about the area. Casa Skouteli situated in a ideal area (on the old periferic road Chania-kolymvari) near to the best beaches at crete - there is a beach 5 min walking distance , as well a water park with fun for both kids and adults. - super markets and grocers stores 5 min walking fron the house . - Kolymvari village is 1-1,5 km with a nice well organised beach with bars , tavernas, shops - At kolymvari port 1.5 km form casa skouteli you can rent a boat and get for fishing , or take the ferry to the ballos beach. also you can visit the famous orthodox monastery ana academy - 15 min by car or public transport is the famous village of Platanias with night life , bars ,tavernas and a lot of activities on the beach like ,parachute, water skiing , fishing etc - bus station is on the main road next to the house , 3 min walking (we proposed to rent a car to visit all the beautifull places at chania area). - Take a scenic ride on the fun train from Platanias to Kolymvari.
