This exclusive hotel in Imerovigli, in Santorini, is set on the rim of the Caldera facing the sea and the volcano. It offers an infinity pool and rooms with private verandas with wonderful views of the sea. Chromata Hotel offers well-appointed rooms and suites with King size beds, iPod docking stations and verandas with Caldera views. In 2023 the iconic Koukoumavlos restaurant of Santorini joins the Katikies family and finds its new, and forever, home in the breath-taking setting of Katikies Chromata in Imerovigli, enjoying a killer Caldera view and a stunning Cycladic ambiance. The long and strong friendship between Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini, executive chef of Katikies Group, and exceptional chef Nikos Pouliasis is being asserted through this amazing collaboration, which has come to raise the bar regarding Cycladic fine dining and re-establish Koukoumavlos as one of Greece’s leading restaurants.
