My property is ideal for holidays in a 16 acres natural environment and absolutely private. Large to 14 volumes or even smaller groups can enjoy the spacious yard for young children, basketball, swings, a stone courtyard and many small seating areas overlooking either the pine forest or the sea. The closest beach of Siviri is only a 5 minute drive away. All guests prefer to go every day to a different and unique beauty beach in the surrounding area. Full directions are provided for the routes. Guests can make stunning family vacations by organizing their schedule as they wish without worrying about the neighborhood. Autumn is very beautiful walks in the woods of the surrounding area as well as fishing on the beach of Siviri. For guests who love it to relax and read the environment is ideal. Also the ideal environment is for the organization of festivals and the use of music because the property is very large and in the wider area there are few residences.

The property is located on the hill above the Amphitheater of Siviri in Kassandra Chalkidiki and has an area of 16 acres. The surrounding area has olive trees and a very large garden. Surrounding the perimeter and within the property there are large pines. There are few residences in the surrounding area. The main road is 800 meters from the house and the village of Siviri, where there is a big market and entertainment shops, is 1,900 meters away.
