Comfortable and safe apartment in the center of Volos ideal for families, groups and couples. It is only a 10-minute walk from the beach of Volos, Ermou, the port and the bream shops of the center. At a distance of only 30 minutes by car you are at the mountain of the Centaurs (Pelion), while its easy access to the Volos regional road leads you directly to the beautiful areas of the South side (Agria, Kala Nera, Afissos, Trikeri). The apartment consists of a living room with a 3-seater sofa, TV with NETFLIX and a dining table for 4 people, a BR with a double bed, TV with NETFLIX and a ceiling fan, a renovated BA and a renovated and fully equipped kitchen. In addition, it has a small balcony at the back with artificial grass. The living room and hall are cooled with a state-of-the-art AC while you can work or surf fast with the 100Mbps internet it offers. In the BR wardrobe you will also find a floor fan and an extra single bed.
