The two-storey detached house is located between Pefkochori (4.5km) and Paliouri (1.5km). Also the house is 200m away from the most beautiful beach of the area, Xenia (all popular beachbars are near). Thessaloniki is 100 km away and Kallithea at 20 km. The house consist of two separate apartments , one studio 30m on the first floor and the second one 50m on the ground floor. This reservation is about studio 30m ONLY. The hosts live in the basement, mr George and mrs Pelazi. The reservation through booking is only for the studio 30m. The studio includes one double bed and a folding armchair that becomes a single bed in a seperate room.
