A 3-bedroom villa with breathtaking views across the sea to the islands of Ithaca and Lefkas, located in just a 10 minutes drive from the lively port of Fiskardo and can accommodate up to 6 persons.
Large terraces surround the property where you will enjoy a swimming pool 4m x 9m long.
The delightful swimming bay of Foki is situated between villa Evreti and the port of Fiskardo, about 5 mins' drive from the villa.

The owner Stamatis, lives beneath, at the lower level, in an independent studio, available for any help or information required.
Evreti village is one of the most famous and picturesque traditional villages of north Kefallonia, hidden in beautiful green hills, famous for its breathtaking views of the Ionian sea across the islands of Ithaca and Lefkas. The delightful swimming bay of Foki is situated between villa Evreti and the port of Fiskardo, about 5 mins' drive from the villa. The water is crystal clear and a traditional taverna is open nearby. 10 mins' drive by car brings you into the lively port of Fiskardo. By day the village of Fiskardo offers wonderful walks around the headland to the old lighthouses as well as swimming from the surrounding beaches or rock platforms. By night, it is lit by candlelight at the many small fish tavernas surrounding the port. From the port of Fiskardo you can hire a yacht or motor-boat to explore the small coves that are inaccessible by car.
A car is necesserary to gearoundnd the island of Kefalonia. Detailed driving directions that will take from Argostoli airport up to Evreti villa will be forwarded to you on time bofore your trip.
