Exensian Villas & Suites lies just 150 metres from the beach of Marathia. It offers amphitheatrically built villas with private pools with hydromassage. The complex offers luxurious 2-storey villas with big verandas with unique views, fully equipped electric cooker and dishwasher, living room with fireplace and bathroom with spa bath and hair dryer. Modern installations include a DVD player, LCD TV with satellite channels in every room, laptop with internet access and design furniture. Guests can benefit from the resort’s location and visit the nearby beaches or take boat trips to Marathonisi and the beautiful caves.

Four luxurious , stone-built, traditional villas, of high esthetics resting amphitheatrically on the fully green slope, very close to the wonderful Marathia’s coast, at a distance of only 20 km far from Zante town, wait for you to discover them. We combined all the invention and the beauty of the local architecture with every command of the modern technology and decoration and developed for you four residential works of art!!! Every villa has a private swimming pool of great dimensions and gazes into the shocking view to Marathonissi and ensure for you the absolute coverage of the private moments of relaxation during your vacations. Here we’ll offer you a new dimension in the meaning of hospitality.

I am Xenofon and was born in Zakynthos. Since the time I was young I liked to offer a good Greek hospitality and would like to be sure that with my staff I would do everything, to offer you great holidays!!!

The beach of Marathias is within 280 meters walk distance from the villas. This small pebble beach is the perfect spot for anyone to enjoy the crystal sea. Moreover, nearby the harbour of Limni Keriou which is at a 3 minutes driving distance, you can find more restaurants that serve fresh fish and lobster dishes. There are many activities to join in the area such as renting a boat to wander to the crystal waters, going for swimming around the beautiful caves, diving, horse riding and much more. You could not ask for more than the breathtaking view of the natural environment and the crystal blue water. They offer a stunning view to the crystal blue sea of Zakynthos and the enchanting Marathonissi island. We would also like to recommend you to visit the nearby beaches which are also clean and beautiful and attract you for swimming. Do not miss to explore the wonderful route from Limni Keriou that leads to Marathonissi which is a nesting area for the Caretta Caretta turtles. It would be a pity if you do not take the chance to swim, in one of the two beaches of Marathonissi. The smallest of them has some small caves worth to be checked and explored!!!
