Welcome to our Tranquil Cottage in Paliouri that offers complete privacy to its guests and has a garden area in a private lot. It's a typical traditional summer property built back in the 80's and is surrounded by various trees, pine-tree,olive trees, plum trees etc. This spacious 2-bedroom cottage is located 500m. outside the village of Paliouri and makes it ideal for those who want privacy but at the same time have access to the crowded nearby villages and beaches. Our Tranquil Cottage is situated on the first floor of a two storey building, accessible only by stairs, consists of two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. By entering the house, you will find the living room with a sofa, a flat screen TV, a traditional fireplace and a dining table,as well! In a different room the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances(dishwasher,fridge,oven and an espresso machine). The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk , an A/C unit and bedroom II has two single beds, an A/C unit and direct access to the balcony. Bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

Neighbourhood information

Paliouri is 120 km from Thessaloniki International Airport and may comfortably be reached in about 1,5 hours by car. Please feel free to contact us for any further information or if you would like us to arrange your transfer from Thessaloniki or even for any other concierge services. The use of car is required in order to reach both the village of Paliouri and the nearest beaches and beach bars of Paliouri. Some of the most popular beach bars of Paliouri are located 1-2 klm from the house, in case you feel like dancing!
