The apartment is situated only 70 meters from the white sandy Beach which stretches for 6.7 kilometers. A short walk and you'll be ready to enjoy the day.
Situated two streets back from the esplanade, away from the hustle and bustle for your afternoon siesta and evenings on the balcony.
A refurbished apartment . A fully equipped and functional kitchen, all new appliances for you to use. New linen, which will be changed every fifth day. Upgraded wi-fi as of the summer of 2022.
The apartment is ideally situated, 80 metres from the supermarket and bakery for your convenience.
The last 10 years Flogita has become an attractive place for tourists of all ages. The beautiful, large, sandy beach is adored by young and old which stretches for 6.5kms. Officially the largest in Halkidiki.
There is a beautiful park with fountains, cafes, taverns, fast-food outlets and clubs. A market with homemade fresh fruit and vegetables that works from 07.00 in the morning to 02.00 midnight. Only 30km away is the shopping center "COSMOS" and 25km to the WATER PARK (WATERLAND).
Larger supermarkets are also available, 3.5km in Nea Moudania, is "Lidl", "Masoutis" and "galaxies".
