Property information

Heart of Oia house has a great location. Right in the Heart of Oia. The famous caldera of Oia is 150 meters away (2 minutes) and the main bus station is just a minute away from the house. The house is 40 square meters. The yard is 15 square meters and it is private. The bedroom has a double bed and a big closet. The living room has a sofa bed and a sofa, a 32-inch smart-android tv with Netflix, YouTube, apps with news and sports from all over the world and free to download games (no satellite Tv). As the house is very close to the center, it has one of the fastest internet connection in Santorini, so if you are coming for work or pleasure you could download 1Gb files in a minute or you could just upload very fast your photos on social media. In the kitchen, you will find a big refrigerator, oven, an espresso machine and in general is fully equipped. The bathroom has a rain shower with heated water. The house is literally in the heart of Oia, there are no long steps in order to access it. House is perfect for honeymooners, families with children and seniors.

Neighbourhood information

Heart of Oia is seconds away from the main square-central bus stop of Oia. During summer, almost every 20 minutes you will find the local bus in order to reach Fira town (capital city) and from there you could take another bus to all the famous beaches (Kamari, Perissa, Red Beach). If you are planning to rent a car, please note that the free parking could be a little bit challenging, like in the rest of Santorini, especially during the sunset time. But there are parking lots that you could pay about 4-5 walking distance from the house. Our neighborhood is alive. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee-breakfast shops, souvenir shops and 3 groceries shops within a walking distance of 2 minutes from the house. The house is just behind the main bus stop of Oia.
