The beautiful holiday apartment ist situated on the second floor of the house and has a separate entrance. From the terrace, you can enjoy a relaxing break and let your gaze wander over the sea. Witness the sunrise during breakfast or the sunset over the mountains while having dinner. This spacious apartment features a balcony with table for four perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying a refreshing drink.
Hello! I am Yoanna and I work and live in Germany. I use booking all the time for my trips and decided to start hosting myself! You can contact me anytime during the day. I speak english, german and bulgarian. The housekeepers speak greek, bulgarian, russian and a little bit of english too.
The home is located in a very peaceful area about 1 km from the charming village of Sozopoli, Chalkidiki. The distance to Thessaloniki Airport is only 30 km, which is around 25 minutes by car. The location of the house is perfect because you can reach Kassandra (30 min) or Sithonia (40 min) if you want to visit other beaches (Sani beach resort) or ride on a boat at the beautiful seaside of Vourvourou. If you und your friends like to enjoy the night life you can go to Kalithea, where you will find a lot of bars and discos. Around the area of the house are many beaches within 5 to 10 minutes drive. Only 10 minutes away is one of the biggest and fanciest beach bars in Greece --> Sahara Beach bar. Restaurants: In Sozopoli, Dionisiou, Nea Moudania etc. there are amazing restaurants or local greek taverns, where you can enjoy delicious traditional food. SPACE: The apartment is 95q.m. and consists of two bedrooms, a big living room, kitchen, bathroom and two big balconies. The front balcony with its amazing sea view is the centerpiece of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second one is with two beds, which can be put together or be separated. Both have big wardrobes. The bright living area is air-conditioned. The separate well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, utensils and dishes allowing you to prepare culinary delights.
