4 villas situated just over the picturesque harbor of Sivota overlooking the Ionion Sea. Completely autonomous, with a private parking area. 110sqm (1184 sq ft) each, built in two levels, large porches overlooking the swimming pool and a total private land of about 800 sqm surrounding our villas. The breathtaking view to the famous islands of Ithaca, Atokos, Arkoudi bathed in the turquoise water, the summer sun, the History of the place. Amphitheatrically built in a lush grove of simple materials, stone and wood, the Ionian Sea gaze giving the feeling, the hours of sunset, the sea that embraces the sun. Upper level: Open plan living/dining area (TV, DVD, WiFi) with door to balcony. Kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Twin bedroom (A/C) with door to balcony. Shower room. To the front of villas, the verdant hillsides and glistening waters below create a stunning backdrop to the outdoor terrace and private infinity pool, an invitation to spend many a carefree hour soaking up the glorious Greek sunshine, swimming, cooking on the barbecue and delighting in the sunset over the hills to the west. Stone walls and an abundance of shrubs, flowers and greenery seamlessly blend with the surrounding hillsides, carpeted with ancient olive trees in a classic Mediterranean tableau. Well proportioned, both upstairs and down, high ceilings enhance the lightness and airiness of the principal rooms. Welcoming in the sunshine and refreshing light summer breeze, wide doors in the two large double bedrooms provide direct access onto the ground floor terrace, whilst on the upper level, a large balcony off the twin bedroom and living room is yet another prime spot for admiring that wonderful vista across the bay. This balcony also has good space for all guests to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the morning sunshine, or maybe a relaxing dinner al-fresco… twinkling stars above, twinkling harbour lights below!
