Spacious Beach house with 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7 people. 4 minutes away from the beach by foot, in a secluded community of family homes. Amazing sunset views, quite with fast WiFi for remote worker. Large patios for family dinners and BBQs. Community shared pool, parks, basketball court and kid's playground. Whether you are staying with your family, your friends or your significant other, get ready for the most relaxing holidays.
In the heart of the 1st leg of the Chalkidiki peninsula exists a beautiful complex of 150 homes. All neighbors are super friendly and they will welcome you into the community. The house is next to the park, the playground and the basketball court. The house is 100 meter from the sea (there is also car access). There are shops (supermarkets, taverns and beach bars) within walking distance. All places are accessible via car and by foot.
