4th floor apartment (72sq.m.), near the sea (in the park of Agios Konstantinos) and just a few minutes from the city center and the market. Fully renovated and equipped, ideal for couples and families with children as it offers direct access to the sea side, for walks, swimming and tsipouro restaurants. Minimalist decor, earthy and pastel shades create an intimate and relaxing environment for every visitor who is in the city for vacation or work (WiFi 50Mbps).
The house is located in the most beautiful neighborhood of Volos, just above the park of Agios Konstantinos and the port of the city, on a very active residential side where you can find anything you want very close. Undoubtedly we would recommend the walk as on one side you are in the most beautiful part of the city and on the other you are just a few steps from the unique port and almost ten minutes from the shopping center of Volos. Ideal for those who want to park the car and reuse it only on the way back. Direct access to the urban and intercity lines of the KTEL as a road above the house there is a bus stop. You can also find a taxi rank within a 5-minute walk.
