The property is just a few minutes from the town of Rethymnon and is the ideal destination for a relaxing and exciting family holiday in Greece. There are many attractions and beaches within walking distance of the property. The apartment is located on a mezzanine floor with 7 steps. The suite-apartment covers 60 sq.m. total area 1050 sq.m. It has a comfortable living room with a sofa and a large smart TV with air conditioning throughout the space where you will be able to spend beautiful moments with your family and friends. A dining area to enjoy your dinner as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and espresso maker. Additionally, there is a mixer, blender, juicer and egg machine offered for guests' convenience. This family accommodation has 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, chest of drawers with 2 towels per guest and 1 pool towel per guest, private balcony with sitting area, air conditioning and safe. There is 1 full bathroom, hair dryer, iron and ironing board for clothes. -INTERIOR ARRANGEMENT- The mezzanine with seven stairs has 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 sofa bed -EXTERIOR ARRANGEMENT- The laundry room(washing machines and dryers ) is used by all guests! !The pool is shared with all guests! The external surrounding area has a swimming pool, lawn, sunbeds, outdoor dining areas, a children's playground, a garden and a parking space for cars.
