Neos 100m² apartment is just 100m from the sea, located at a central but not too busy part of Olympic Beach. It is surrounded by a spacious terrace with view to the sea and access from every room. It is a spacious and bright space with the wide-windows wrapping the entire apartment. Neos apartment is a simple home, suitable for families with children, couples and friends. It has two full and newly renovated bathrooms and sleeps up to seven people!
We speak fluently Greek and German. For anything that you need assistance for, I will be personally available to you around the clock. Either on spot, or via text and phone. All related information will also be accessible to you at the information table in the apartment.
Supermarkets are literally next to the apartment. Wanna rent a family-bike? There’s a bike-rental store exactly next to the entrance too. The bus station is only a 4 minute walk and all the good restaurants, cafés and bars on the sea-side are less than 2 minutes by foot. Buses are also running between Katerini - Paralia - Olympic Beach and are easily accessible. If you are coming from Thessaloniki by bus, you might wanna grab a cab from Katerini‘s central station to the bus station leading to Olympic beach or directly to the Neos’ Appartement.
