Τhe hotel is a family business. Αt the welcome there is always someone there usually me the host Alexandros or my mom Niki who lives there. You will always find us on the contact phone and we are always at your disposal to serve you and make your holidays easier and more pleasant, as you can find Niki every afternoon watering the flowers in the garden.

Spending your vacation at our hotel we promise you how: 1. You will enjoy the sea view from your balcony. 2. The rooms have very calm and relaxing decor. 3. You'll enjoy sleeping on our new six-star award-winning quality beds, mattresses and pillows. PS. There are steps in the hotel and there is no lift.

The property is located 0 meters from the beach of Agios Sostis. If you like to wake up early it is worth doing it at least once and from your balcony you can enjoy the perfect colors of the sunrise. The environment is quiet and family friendly. The beach is suitable for families with small children as the sea is rough. On the beach in front of the hotel there are sunbeds where you can sit for free as long as you get something to drink or eat from the bar that owns the sunbeds. In the beach bar next to the hotel you can take an amazing breakfast. The beach bar is quiet and close at 21:00, so there is no annoying noise. Next to the hotel there is also a traditional restaurant where you can enjoy the local cuisine of Zakynthos and the food there is not touristy. Visitors can also: 1. to swim in the sea right in front of the hotel and see the sea turtles. 2. On the beach right in front there is a kiosk where guests can rent sup, boats and large boat and visit other beaches that will be pointed out to them. Ιf you rent a boat you can visit marathon island, an island very close (20 minutes by boat) which is beautiful with a blue sea and golden sand. A little further on are the caves that are definitely worth to visit and for sure you will be enchanted by the color of the sea. 3. About 150 meters away is the well-known Cameo island where visitors can visit and take perfect photos. 4. The hotel is only 10 kilometers from the city center and the port and also 7.5 kilometers from the airport.
