Fully renovated detached house 74 sq.m. with 2 bathrooms. It is located on a quiet street close to main avenues in a uniquely convenient position for excursions to the villages of Mt. Pelion and the beaches of both the Aegian and the Pagasetic gulf. Center as well as the port are easily accessible on foot. In the range of 50-150 m from the house, you can find everything that a modern city has to offer.The house has a high speed wifi and 2 parking spaces in the yard or free parking on the street.
I am a mechanical engineer with a deep passion for music, a combination that defines both my professional and personal identity. The house you see on the platform represents more than just a simple residence to me. It is my grandparents' house, a place where I spent countless hours during my childhood. This house is directly connected to my most vivid and pure memories, and preserving and caring for it is a priority for me
The house is located on a quiet street next to two intersecting main avenues in a location very convenient for excursions through the city to the villages of Pelion and its beaches. Within approximately 50-200 meters around the house, there are all the amenities typically offered by a modern city, including: a square, a large supermarket, bakeries, cafes, cheese and charcuterie shop, a tavern with excellent food that occasionally features live music, a butcher's, a grill house,greek gyros&souvlaki, ouzeris, delicatessens, pastry shops, a bookstore, a sports center, pharmacies, medical offices, and a church.
