Property information

The "Private Studio Yposkafo" is perfect for both couples and families, ideally located in one of the most stunning spots on the island. With an unparalleled view, it is just a 7-8 minute walk from the center of Fira. Private Studio Yposkafo combines tradition and comfort, offering a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea. the sunset, and the volcano. The studio is a prime example of the architectural beauty of the Cyclades and features a private balcony with panoramic views.

Neighbourhood information

Our Private Studio Yposkafo is located on Markou Nomikou Street, Caldera, in Firostefani. To reach our studio, first head to Agios Gerasimos Square in Firostefani. Please inform your driver to drop you off there. It is approximately 10 minutes by car from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the port. Nearby, you will find free public parking and a bus stop for your convenience. Once you arrive at Agios Gerasimos Square, walk towards the Caldera (sea view). When you reach the front, turn left onto the famous cobblestone street, keeping the sea view and the volcano on your right. Continue for approximately 250-280 meters (a 4-minute walk), passing the following landmarks in order: Mama Thira Restaurant Vallas Apartments The famous Catholic church "Three Bells of Fira" Gaby Apartments After passing Gaby Apartments, you will find our property, "Yposkafo". Our house is white and grey in color (as seen in the photos) and features a sign that reads "Yposkafo" outside. The entrance to our Private Studio Yposkafo is separate from the main entrance of the villa and is located through the iron door to the left of the main grey wooden door.
