Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). The villa consists of a main building with a ground and upper floor, as well as an attached separate apartment . The main building features a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area where guests can enjoy delicious meals together. On the upper floor of the main building, you'll find three tastefully decorated bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom features two twin beds. Each bedroom on this floor has its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower and WC. The separate apartment offers additional privacy and convenience, with a kitchenette and a comfortable living area as well as two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The apartment also includes a separate shower room with WC. With a total of 5 bedrooms, Villa Rozare can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The villa spans across a spacious 260 m², ensuring plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The property boasts several amenities to enhance your stay. Guests can enjoy the lush garden and make use of the garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation. Inside the villa, a cozy fireplace, iron, and internet access (Wi-Fi) are provided. Each room is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even during the warmest days.
