The Access to the beach is by using a short trail (30 metres) which is in the front of the Apartment Garden Area The Village of Agios Nikolaos is very close just 3 km away.. Our Exclusive Apartment is on the 1st floor of a Villa House located in a 1500 m of Garden Terrace The Apartment is indenpendent has its own entrance and the interior space is 80 sm which include 2 independent rooms (one of them with aircondition the other one with fan) the Bath, the living room with the kitchen and the large veranta with the breathtaking sea view.. the rooms are fully furnitured the first room has 2 single beds and a large closet (Mountain View) the second room has a double bed and a large closet (Sea View) In the living room there is a table with 6 chairs and 2 divani sofa beds that you can use for sleep there is also a table at the veranta so you can enjoy your dinner or coffee outside in the bathroom there is a shower the kitchen is fully equiped Guests can not use the front villa area (the front space is for the people living at the Ground Apartment) Guest can use The Front left Side Of The Villa Terrace which is a large Garden space over 500 sm with seaview Guests can also use the back space of the apartment of course they can use the Front trail leading to the beach At the side of the garden area there is a barbeque with 2 grills that you can use
