It is located 200m from the sea, in the 1st row of plots. The neighborhood consists of holiday homes of friendly people. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and a three-seater sofa, therefore it accommodates 5 people. There is enough storage space for 5 people. Appliances: it has two fans, air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, large refrigerator, oven, microwave, utensils, cutlery and generally kitchen equipped for every meal. The washing machine is located next to the storage room, which you can access if needed. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with a water heater. The plot has a large garden of 400sqm with lawn, ideal for pets and children, for barbecue and relaxation. Within the plot, a caravan is also available, where another three people can stay, increasing the total capacity from 5 to 8 people. The caravan offers a double and a single bed. It is completely safe, well-maintained and offers a sense of autonomy. The caravan does not have its own kitchen or bathroom, these facilities are shared with the house. In front each unit there's terrace with garden furniture for lunch or coffee. There is also an outdoor shower on site.
I am Sarantis, a friendly young man from Thessaloniki who has spent all his summers at the cottage house in Chalkidiki, which is now at your disposal. I personally like to travel to different destinations for my holidays. So my house remains available for you. I have studied biology, I love nature and learning and I can communicate with you in English, German and Italian. I may be able to assist you in your transportation to and from the airport or Thessaloniki. I shall be glad to receive you at my cottage and make your acquaintance.
