The villa is a unique property. It is built on a small hill and is 200 meters away from an organized beach . with fantastic view and wonderful sunsets. It is located at a distance of 5 minutes by car from the picturesque fishing village of Perdika where there are many taverns and bars and 10 minutes from the port of Aegina.
The house is built on a hill in the beautiful area of Aeginitissa in a complex of four houses and has a private entrance. To the right of the property there is a green area and in front a habitat that extends to the beach. In the surrounding area you will find many villas. It is a quiet neighborhood In 200 m you find an organized beach with a beach bar and near it one of the best taverns on the island. You can go there by foot. In order to go shopping you need a car or a taxi or a bus (bus stop on the beach just 200 meters from the property
