Property information

HI! We are Smaragda ‘n’ Daphne, sisters and owners of SnD Rentals-Boutique apartments. The building comprises 30 apartments some of which are available for short-term rental. Every apartment is different, smaller or bigger, with a unique decoration, thus making it special in every way. There is free open private parking at the premises. All apartments have free WiFi (up to 100 Mbps) and a flat-screen TV. We provide breakfast facilities, including coffee machine toaster and kettle. You will also find an iron & iron board, a hair dryer and a washing machine. We try to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests, business and leisure travelers, couples, families or students, providing comfortable beds with linen, functional kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy atmosphere.

Neighbourhood information

The building is situated north of the town and has a Mountain View. Nearby you will find a church, playgrounds, mini/super market, a bakery and a restaurant. Town center is only a 10 minutes away by foot and 2 minutes away by car. The nearest airport is Kozani National Airport, 5 km away.
