Welcome to Stavento Apartments! My name is Evita and I own the complex. However, I live in London so I employ someone each year to welcome you and assist you during your staying. Since this person is my representative in Aliki, I ensure he/she has same characteristics as I have. I am generally an outgoing person, full of joy and passion for life. I love travelling and outdoor activities. Unfortunately though I miss this so much during the last 3-ish years as I am raising my family so I am more focused on my daughter and her activities. I am a civil engineer in profession, I work in a big consultancy managing different groups of people so I am always keen to meet and cooperate with new people from different cultures. I love spending relaxing time in different places near the beach so I hope you also love our family business as much as I do!

Property information

The development is located at the central road of Parikia to Aliki, 3 mins walk before you reach Aliki’s centre. The house is within walking distance of the village’s amenities. Super market, butcher’s and pharmacists are 8mins walking distance. The closest beach is 2mins walking distance and all the restaurants and taverns are 5mins walking distance. There are also tennis, basketball and football courts at 5mins walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

Near the airport of Paros island (10 kilometers from Parikia, in south-western Paros) is found a quiet coastal village, Aliki. Suitable mainly for family vacations, with spotless sandy beaches, playground, ground of football, basket and volley, Aliki has three splendid and clean beaches, protected from the wind. There are many shops and taverns by the sea where fresh fish is served. There are two local bus stops serving the needs of the village. Buses from Aliki to Parikia pass every 2 hours, travelling around the island. There are also taxis which are more expensive. Our customers usually rent a car or a motorbike. Paros is quite a small island with smooth roads. It is roughly 1.5 hour distance for someone to drive around the island. Aliki is also preferred for accommodation because it is close (6.5km) to the kite surf activities of Pounta. Tourists may also enjoy the nightlife of Antiparos by staying in Aliki and commuting to Punta (13mins drive) where the ferries depart for the Antiparos island.
