Located just 50m from the closest beach and within a walking distance from St. Demetrius and the village center, Studios Afitos offer you a breathtaking view of the Toroneos Gulf and the peninsula of Sithonia. Everything is designed with our guests’ desires in mind so that they can enjoy their relaxing holidays. It is the perfect choice for those who wish to experience private accommodation at a close proximity to the most well-known beach bars, shops and restaurants for an unforgettable romantic getaway.
All studios feature all-inclusive Wi-Fi and are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. Rooms are entirely renovated with a private bathroom and equipped with a cabin shower and complimentary quality toiletries, while our studios have access to a balcony or a terrace. Air-conditioning and closet are available also and meals can be prepared by our guests in the equipped kitchenette; food and drinks bought from the village can be stored in the various kitchen cabinets or the fridge. Daily Housekeeping service is available in the property as well as free parking next to the studios. Moudounou Beach and Lime Beach Bar are just in a 2-minutes walking distance while the cosmopolitan village of Kallithea is 7 minutes away by car.
