Just over 100 metres walk away from our two beloved beaches (a pebble beach at your feet and a sandy beach to the right of that) and 20mins from the Athens airport, Sunday’s Seascape offers you a truly unique experience; modern living in a traditional Greek seaside town setting. An Athens Coast Vacation to remember. This perfectly minimalistic and stylish two-bedroom home is ideal for a family and/or group of friends and is equipped with all necessary features to make your stay an especially comfortable one. Its sleek beige and white interior fills with natural light and the wooden, mostly handmade by the owner, accents give it a supremely relaxing vibe. The super spacious property boasts an open plan living/dining and kitchen area which leads out to a wrap around balcony. Definitely, the perfect place for a quite evening after a long day at the beach. The fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen will bring out the chef in you and will definitely be the daily gathering spot. An extra comfy sofa, in the living area, will have its fair share of occupancy and is able to accommodate a ‘sleep-over’ for an extra guest upon request. The tastefully decorated and minimal bedrooms feature queen sized beds, abundant closet space, smart TV's and access to the balcony.
Pefka is situated on the southeastern coast of Attica, just a few kilometers south of the town of Sounio and the ancient Temple of Poseidon. The neighbourhood is surrounded by olive groves and pine forests, and it is located near several beautiful beaches and coves. Lastly, due to its beautiful natural scenery, clear waters of the Aegean Sea and the numerous archeological sites nearby, Pefka has become a popular tourist destination.
