This beuatiful house is located right in the center of Zakynthos town in a peaceful neighbourhood! Everything is near! The house is lightful, pleasant and safe with easy access to local market and shops such as bakery, pharmacy, post office, bank, bars, restaurants, museums etc. It's completeness of all the necessary house equipment. It is ideal for couples, families and friends. Our house (76 sqm), which is ideal for up to 7 peaple. - 3 bedrooms with a double bed. - 1 bathroom with shower. - 1 living – dining room with a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa that turns into a double bed. - A fully equipped kitchen (including coffee makers, dishes and utensils, toaster, refrigerator, electric oven etc).
We are available to the guests if they need any help during their holidays. We like our guests to have the best possible time. We will offer you information about what to do and how to take advantage of your time at the island. We can help out if you let us know what are your favorite activities for your holiday. We can provide maps, smart tips and useful information regarding the island and other destinations you may have within Greece. As we live close to the house, communicating is easy, either in person or via internet or phone. In case of an emergency or any issue, help can be provided 24/7.
Zakynthos island (also referred to as ‘Zante’) is located in the Ionian Sea, on the west side of the Greek mainland. The climate is generally warm with plenty of sunshine. The island covers an area of 406 km2, and the coastline is about 110 km. However only a small part of the coastal area is sandy. Zakynthos town is the best place to start visiting & exploring the island. Our apartment is only 10 mins by car from Kalamaki, a place where you can find nice, clean and organized sandy beaches. And If you do not like using a car or bus, you can visit a nice organized beach (Plaz EOT), only 10 mins by foot from our house. At the same place, there is a summer open-air cinema, where you can enjoy your night hours with the newest movies, staring at the same time, the stars above and drinking a beer or a refreshment. Notice that there is a tennis court, within a 7 mins walk for people who love exercising.
