Located in a quite village called Myrtidia the house is on the main road and offers vast free parking space. The house has two bedrooms. One master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. In common spaces you will find a sofa bed, a big traditional dining table, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi and working space. One small kitchen with all the amenities to cook, such as kitchenware, two stoves, sandwich maker and a fridge. The toilet is big and offers free toiletries, towels and hygiene items (shampoo, shower gel, cotton, swabs etc). The big advantage of the house is also the courtyard that has a beautiful garden and seating space where you can relax and watch the stars in the clean sky away from city lights. House has also air condition for hot summer days.
Our main house is in close distance, so we are available at all times. We also interact with social platforms such as Viber, WhatsApp etc. According to greek laws all Greek citizens must provide us their tax number (ΑΦΜ) when arriving at the property. Foreign citizens must provide us copy of their passport.
The house back in the old days used to be a traditional cafe that was run by our ancestors for many decades. Now it has been transformed to a quite, renovated traditional house near Myrtidia's Monastery and St. Nikolas Krassas, a small chapel with breathtaking sunset. The house offers big courtyard with seating, so you can enjoy summer evenings while you stay away from the city. Chora (the capital) is about 20min from property. Livadi is about 15min from property There you can find restaurants, bakery, super market, gas station and all the necessary daily things. Mylopotamos is about 15 min from property. There you can enjoy traditional food on the main plaza below huge trees (sycamores). Also, there is a beautiful waterfall and walking trails to enjoy the nature. Port and Airport are about 40min from the property.
