With the location on the seafront of Psakoudia beach, the Del Mar house is the ideal starting point to explore the town and the surrounding area. It is only a few steps to the cafes, bars, small shops and local taverns. A 45-minute walk to the neighboring town of Gerakini is ideal along the beach. Del Mar House is located by the sea, in Halkidiki. Since it is at the beginning of the promenade, it has been the most popular house for years. The close proximity to the beach and the town center is very much appreciated. The Del Mar house is family-run and has four individual studios on the upper floor with sea-view balconies and one apartment. The house has its own restaurant and a beach cafe with sun loungers. Lively located in the summer months. Enjoy the view of the azure blue sea from the beach cafe or the restaurant.
