Achilleas Villa is a duplex apartment (72m2) on a private property (800m2) located in Geoponika, 4km away from Kallikratia village and 150m from the organized beach. Villa Achilleas can accommodate up to seven people comfortably. It consists of three bedrooms, with two double ,one bunkbed and a single bed. A baby cot is available upon request. It also features fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, private parking, spacious garden, WC, air-conditioning and other amenities. Cleaning is performed only prior to arrival, but clean sheets and towels will be given for replacement every fourth day of stay. There's a mini-market for basic needs at 600m, but also a super-market within 2km. At walking distance, less than 200m, you will find many restaurants and cafés to satisfy your demands. The highway is at 1km and it leads to the west towards Thessaloniki airport (25km) and the city center (35km), while to the east it leads towards Halkidiki with many popular destinations nearby, Moudania and Potidaea (35km), Kallithea (40km), Nikiti at (50km) and Pefkohori (50km).
The district of Geoponika is a peaceful place, surrounded by greenery, full of cottages and villas, perfect for families that enjoy calm vacations without the city noise, but really close to every service. Geoponika beach is an extension of the Kallikratia beach, fully-organized with many bars and restaurants of decent quality. Aloha beach bar, a cozy and elegant bar is within walking distance (150m).
